UPDATE: Genesis Poll
SEGA Community, We are excited and honored to see the enthusiasm that surrounds our Genesis 20th Anniversary poll for the next SEGA game to be released on Xbox Live Arcade. We’ve been overwhelmed with the number of votes we’ve received. Thank you for the support that you’ve shown in the past few days. Unfortunately, due to a licensing issue, we are no longer able to offer Earthworm Jim as an option in our poll. It was announced earlier today that Gameloft will be bringing Earthworm Jim to Xbox Live Arcade along with several other platforms. We are excited that our fans will soon be able to play this game. However, we are still moving ahead with our plans to release Genesis-era SEGA games on Xbox Live Arcade. We understand that some people who voted for Earthworm Jim may have voted for another game on the poll if they had known that Earthworm Jim was not an option. So to be fair to everyone, we have reset our poll and it is open for voting once more. We encourage you to vote for your favorite game once per day, with Friday being the last day of voting. We will still announce our winner on Saturday, August 22nd. Thank you again for your enthusiasm, and happy voting!

I’d like another SEGA MEGADRIVE COLLECTION for XBOX 360, with aonther 40 games (OUTRUN, AFTERBURNER, GUNSTAR HEROES…). But not only SEGA’S, as STREET FIGHTER II, SAMURAI SHOWDOWN, CASTLEVANIA, TMNT: THE HYPERSTONE HEIST, SKITCHIN, LOTUS II RECS, STARFLIGHT, CONTRA…

I see we’re going for non-Sonic titles.. That must be because Sonic & Knuckles will be available as DLC for Sonic 3 right???
Why isn’t Vectorman on this list? Or Cool Spot? Those games were amazing.

I’d like to see some Dreamcast titles for XBLA. Jet Set Radio, Crazy Taxi and Ready2Rumble would be awesome. Heck, even a re-release of Sonic Adventure would be cool… Oh, yeah, Space Channel 5 too!!!.

Hey, the TJ&E guys aren’t doing anything atm, so why not have them remake the game in full HD glory? I’d rather have them a thousand times over than Digital Eclipse. :/

ToeJam and Earl is horrible. Please don’t listen to the idiots that think they want that game on XBLA. They won’t buy it anyway. I don’t really care for most of the other options, I just hate how awful ToeJam and Earl is, but for some reason everyone thinks it was one of the best games ever. Bah.

Greg, you are retarded if you think TJ&E sucks, I think Angelo has it right by doing the first one and the 3rd one on the original xbox. But we should have all these games released in HD, Revenge of Shinobi and Streets of Rage would be sweet, afterburner, bring back the classics.

I’ve got to second the comment about Ecco the Dolphin 3 – It needs to be made! The first two games were part of an incomplete trilogy! And no, the Dreamcast game as a reboot of the franchise (what *were* you thinking, Sega?) does not satisfy that requirement.
