Did You Know? Adventure Tours and Trivia for Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter GamesAs part of our ongoing celebration for the launch of Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games, here’s some more details about the DS Adventure Tour Mode and some fun facts about the game. In adventure tour mode, you can save the Olympic Winter Games. Bowser and Dr. Eggman have melted all the snow and kidnapped the snow spirits to stop the Olympic Winter Games being held. It’s up to Mario & Sonic and company to save the day! You do this by participating in Olympic events (missions) to find the snow spirits. Adventure Tours are also full of mini-games where characters can participate in other activities. If you get stuck, don’t worry — help can be found in the form of Omochaos & Shy Guys. Did you know these fascinating facts about Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games™? * All the venues Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games™ are based on the REAL Olympic venues in Vancouver and Whistler! * The Olympic Winter Games Vancouver will be the 23rd Olympic Winter Games! * Mario & Sonic made their debut at the Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008! * The first Mario & Sonic Olympic game sold over 10, 000, 000 copies worldwide on both Wii™ & Nintendo DS™!

Axl-fox — yes the Adventure Tour mode is a DS exclusive, and the Festival mode is a Wii exclusive.

Yeah, the sales for the first were incredible and they’re still good on an ongoing basis. If it goes well, Sega might have their top seller for the next two years. In addition, not that the reviews for the original were terrible, but it seems these pair of versions are seeing a nice bump based on the initial reviews. It should be noted that the original is still available basically anywhere and is still selling full price. You know, I’ve always thought that mentioning Mii on the front would give it that extra boost. Perhaps it could be a sticker or something.

Haha, I love this game! It’s so awesome. <3 I got it the day it came out. This is my favourite out of the two. Just cuz it has Silver!! We need more of him. It’s really upsetting to not see him in games, when there’s Shadow and Sonic. And Blaze! Blaze, but no Silver?? He’s a hedgehog for Chaos sake! x.x He should be in more games than her, not vice-versa.
Love the game a bunch! Shadow’s so awesome.
