Reserved the game back in December.
I can say after playing the demo via 360, that it’s well worth the wait.

It’s been said before, but… why does Sonic need a car?

Sonic needs a car to make it fair. He has a sense of justice after all.

Why do people keep asking why Sonic drives a car? XD
I guess I’m one of the only people who played SONIC DRIFT before.
Besides, wouldn’t it be a tad unfair for him to be OFF the car? (I already suspect he’ll have speedier attributes over the rest, making him a higher tiered character).
I’m not sure if Super Sonic was a good choice for Allstar. … Hmm.. then again, I can’t think of a better one for him, so I guess it’s alright… Yeah, it’s alright I guess. XD
Can’t wait for this game either.

Yes, but it just takes a while. The game has a bit of a learning curve to it. Also, when you start the game, its set on advance (middle). You can always take it down to beginner. It took me 10 tries to get to my 1st on advance. Also Sega, is there a way to adjust the controls (either in the demo or disc). My hands started to get kind of cramped after the fourth race. Awsome game though, love the graphics and the all-star moves.

@Joe:
It’s not that they don’t care, it’s because they don’t expect that much in terms of sales on that version. Most SEGA fans lean Wii60.

Lol, how unbelievable that would have sounded 10 years ago! Sonic being most financially successful on a Nintendo platform… how ironic XD and a bit sad….

For anyone wondering if there will be a PS3 demo, AAUK on the Sonic Blognik has hinted that there will be one:

Also, thanks for the demo, SEGA and Sumo!

Just played the demo on PS3 not bad and would be even better if the framerate wasn’t so choppy to give you a headache. When it’s smooth framerate it looks and feels great but when its choppy its a little jerky and annoying, please fix this with an update after release as this could give Mario Kart on the Wii a run for it’s money if it runs smoother.

hey….i just want to if u gonna make an extension for the multiplayer mode like a offline grand prix for 2,3 and 4 player like MARIO KART as always did…………….on maybe have an online grand prix.
The game is very good, but just single race don’T make a big challange and come boring as long………..but a grand prix only offline can satisfy a lot of poeple and the standing point can put a bettern challenge when i play with a friends at home….
thx for read me…………it is my question
