Valkyria Chronicles II picks up Best RPG and Best PSP Game of E3 Awards from Gamespot!E3 is home to a ton of awesome games each year – and this mass flurry often means that some of the best go overlooked. Thankfully, it looks like Valkyria Chronicles II won’t be among the overlooked this year, as Gamespot’s Editor’s Choice Awards have given VCII the picks for both Best RPG of the show and also best PSP game! You can check out the video with all the winners by clicking here, (or on the image above!) and jump to 5 minutes in to see the awards. As many of you have probably already heard, the game’s ship date has also been confirmed – it will be arriving here in the states on August 31st! Let’s hear it for Valkyria Chronicles II!

Why are you guys going off topic? If Bioware wants to make a Sonic Chronicles 2 then they would’ve said something by now.
Anyway, congrats Sega team.

oh lord..
if your just going to beg for Sega to do a remake of a game, then you shouldn’t post.
We Shenmue fans try this alot, and they never listen,so take it from us,there’s not much of a point.
Anywho, out of sheer curiosity, will Vyse and Aika be making appearances in VCII? It’s nice to see them in any game again, truly.

Awesome…I really hope this does well enough to warrant returning the series on PS3. I’ve been playing the first one a ton right now including the DLC.
I love it!

Well deserved,
Japan’s #1 game publisher defiantely needed to have the E3′s best rpg too…
Reminds me of old days,
the first time that the first game in the series announced for PS3,
They called the graphic style CANVAS…
By that time we were hoping for something big…
and they announced Ryu ga gotoku Kenzan plus the first game in this serie.
(well, we were hoping for Shenmue 3 too…lol!
Since that time I knew this game is different and is going to be a hit…
well done SEGA OF JAPAN,
From Tehran to San Francisco, I still love this series…beside Yakuza, hope Vanquish is going to be
a HIT and btw I need to play Shenmue I and II on PSN! or LIVE! come one SEGA~

I decided to keep this post solely for Valkyria Chronicles, but we may have other blogs that focus on a big roundup of awards for all sorts of SEGA Games.
