On the floor we’ll be showing off playable versions of our games, including: Sonic 4 Also in appearance is a look at the recently announced Shogun 2: Total War. Will the updated version of Sonic 4 be there? Or will it still be the old E3 build?

Any word on what’s going to Eurogamer? Granted this is the US blog, and Eurogamer is in London. I just hope the Sonic games will be there cause so far all that’s listed from SEGA is Vanquish.

Uhm, can you confirm if the Sonic 4 build will be a new one, rather than the e3 one?

@SEGA – Sega, I just saw a screenshot of Co-op mode in Sonic Colors, and it looks great! Except for a couple of things… why are there two Sonic’s? Why is one red? And why do they have antenas?
Please, Sega, Do not make Sonic Androids. All of us fans would rather play as Shadow, or Silver, or Tails, just anything but Sonic androids. Please hear us.

Sonic52789: No, we would much rather play as Knuckles and Tails. Fuck Shadow and Silver.

I have a concern with the gameworks community event that occured today september 4th. i had read on the official sega website that it was supposed to be free to enter which was reasured many times on the most recent blogs but when we arrived, the gameworks employee told us that we needed to have attended the pax convention and have a pass in order to attend we had told him that we read the detailsa on this website and he still objected that we needed a pass. I am the parent of a 13 year old and 8 year old sonic fans who have been tracking this event, so you can imagine the dissapointment and tears that followed along, which made me very angry that they would scam these little sonic fans like that. please write back on how this sittuation should be ressolved

When did you arrive to the party, Olga? I went with a friend of mine, and the employees early in the day weren’t given the full details for the event- they only knew you needed a pass to get in, and most likely assumed it was the PAX pass- that’s what we were told. We got in line a bit after 6 anyway, and at 7:30 recieved our party entry gameworks cards (AKA, the ‘pass’ we needed) and got in at 8 without issue. They also stopped entry pretty quickly, since I went by the door not long after I went in and saw a girl get turned away for not having the gameworks-issued card.
I’m sorry you missed the event- I find with things like this, staff often just doesn’t get the info they should, and it’s best to go with the offically posted info rather. You might try calling Gameworks and telling them your issues- I know they said something about giving away extra unclaimed swag at the end of the party… perhaps they might have something still to send you for your troubles?
