I wish I could enter, but I don’t have twitter. On the other hand, wasn’t this very same book offered as a prize before, with the entry requirement being leaving a message to the Valkyria devs on this blog?

What ever happened to the codes for the characters currently missing from the US version of the game? As someone who bought the game TWICE, I really, really would like to know whether or not I’m getting every reature of the game that I paid money for.

R. Nav – two of these characters exist (TV Alicia and Ramal), however we’re not yet sure if we can release them because of licensing agreements. We’re hoping that someday, ideally soon, we’ll get a green light to do so. We’d love to release them if possible.
Brunork – I think it’s open worldwide, but the VGChartz/Gamrfeed guys could let you know for sure! So far it looks like it may be Europe friendly.

Aww,I hate how Alicia(TV) is bound due to licensing,yet she’s the same as an existent character in the game…Hope you get permission soon.

Yeah that sucks about licensing issues, thanks for giving a response on here about it. So you’re saying that you haven’t seen anything about Mintz and Julius? That’s strange because of the four missing characters, those are the two that people have already hacked and confirmed to be completely implemented into the game along with English voice acting.

Yeah nice to have an explaination that there are licensing issues (though it is kinda strange for there to be issues with Alicia), but what about julius and mintz? Same issues?
