Sonic Colors European Launch TrailerSonic Colors (or Colours, depending on where you live) is out today across Europe! To celebrate, we’ve got a new trailer for you. 
If you are in Europe, go pick up the game and tell us what you think in the forums. If you’re in North America, you only have a few more days to wait, as Sonic Colors will be out on Tuesday, November 16th.

Which reminds me, Sega, I keep asking you this question but you never answer, here it goes: How come there aren’t any Character exclusives on Wii? How come DS gets all of the beloved characters? You have a perfect opportunity to add characters such as Shadow and Metal Sonic in Co-op 2 player mode. Why robo Sonics? Fans would be much more pleased to see other Sonic characters to. For the past couple years all Sonic games have been ONLY Sonic, the last time we even seen Shadow The Hedgehog as part of story was in Sonic 06, same goes for Knuckles (Console version). Sorry if I’m complaining but I don’t see why the DS gets the entire cast. If you think that putting all the DS characters into Wii version story will be “cramming the game”, then you could just put them all in co-op, and only a few characters get to stay in story, rather than just Sonic, Tails, and Eggman. Please, you already brought back the “keep it simple” Sonic series (Sonic 4), but on other Sonic games, you could add more characters. Please Sega.
All in all, please answer my question on why not add characters such as Shadow or Metal Sonic into Sonic colors Wii Co-op mode?

Idk if you’ve forgotten or not but everybody doesn’t want 18+ characters on the game. That’s the only reason I’m not buying the DS version. OVERABUNDANCE OF CHARACTERS!!! It’s ok if you add one or two but IMO there’s waaaay too many characters on the DS.

Want my opinion? I don’t like the cast at the moment sorry its just feels weird now…its new its change
Don’t like them yet at the moment with the exception Of Vector
I still need to hear Espio, charmy, Omega, Cream , Blaze , Silver, jet , Wave and Storm I’ll see this month.
Again sorry but this just feels to werid for me and some are really bad especially Amy aaah O_o

Sega, I applaud you for this game. The graphics look solid, and the gameplay actually looks like you control it. I say this because in the day stages of Sonic Unleashed, it seems like sonic is programmed to run. I have a suggestion: It is time to start on a sequel for Sonic Adventure 2. It is a legend, and I will assure you that considering this option will be nothing but profit, and ultimate love from the fans. And all you have to do is combine the elements from SA2 and elements from Sonic Colors, and watch the beloved result. Seriously, who DIDN’T like the chao? Who doesn’t like freedom when you play Sonic? Since Sonic Colors appears to be fantastic, carry those traits on and try to make the long anticipated sequel for Sonic Adventure 2 in time for Sonic the Hedgehog’s 20th Anniversary. “hint hint”

wait…amys only in DS……why the f*** should i buy this then? i thought she was in the wii version! :’(!!! why does the D f***ing S get all the characters. the only reason i brought my wii out from the attic (xbox pwns) was b/c i thought amy would be there!?! WHY SEGA?! WHY DO YOU BREAK MY HEARTTTTTT!!! I THOUGHT THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE BASED OFF SONIC UNLEASHED!!!! tear……sad face……);

@TheRealSlimSonic – Hmm, you know, I noticed when ever some says the world “Legend” or something like “Great Sonic game ever made”, they always end up saying “Sonic Adventure 2″, and I couldn’t agree more. And I also hope on the long awaited Sonic Adventure 3 for Sonic’s 20th anniversary.

This game blew me away with how good this is! Controls are easy, graphics are gorgeous, stages are perfectly designed… Everything’s just right. =) Even the music.
Personally I’ve never been able to get into the 3D games all that well, but I’m definitely seeing this one through! Just 2 planets to go~!
This game definitely gave me a reason to dust off the Wii! Thank you Sega~

Huuhhhh? I saw on this trailer that, in the moment that Sonic uses the lazer to travel from crystal to crystal, there was another kind light that was traveling near sonic, it was like yellow or golden.
Someone tell me what was that, its so confusing. =S

Iam from the netherlands and i almost finished the game! I can say this is the best sonic in long long time. I love the grapics and music the gamplay is also great but some levels somtime take some nerves! The replay value is amazing i love to play the levels over and over to choose new paths.

I think it’s easier to involve as many characters as you can, because on Sonic Unleashed, when the planet broke what was everyone doing. I thought Shadow would’ve tried to help because of his promise to Maria. It was like they were on different planets.

I can’t wait either! I wanna play as Super Sonic in 3D and turn Eggman robots into scrap heaps! Just thinking about is giving me a rush. ^_^ And I can’t wait to hear the full version of Reach for the Stars. Ah man, I hope I have enough time to buy it tomorrow, or later today now that I think about it. ^_^

Knuckles and Shadow were planned to be in Unleashed XBOX 360 Version They producers comfirmed them in one of the early interviews and the official awtwork pictures of knuckles and Shadow for Unleashed from the Sonic Channel were released…
So the gameplay would be Sonic and Shadow- Daytime Stages and Sonic(Werehog Form) and Knuckles for nighttime stages
You would have been able to choose who you would like to play….but unfortunately they were scrapped out for unknown reasons :/ A real shame eh….

This game is absolutely incredible. I fell in love with the first stage and the quirky humor sealed the deal. Ah Sonic I’m so glad you’re back.
