Video from the Sonic Colors Bryant Park EventLast month, we had a pre-launch event for Sonic Colors at Bryant Park in New York City. Many of you came out for some ice skating, some game playing, and to hang out with us, but we know a lot of you couldn’t make it. Well, in case you missed it, here’s a video showing skating, Sonic, gameplay, Cash Cash, and fun*! 
* There is no footage of Julian (aka ClumsyOrchid) falling down while ice skating in that video. But in case you missed it, or just want to see it again, here it is. BTW, he’d want me to tell you that his ribs still hurt — a month later.

Ok, I played Sonic Colors all the way and Id like to do a review about it.
First off, the game is colorful and lots amazing graphically, there were even sometimes when I died because I was looking at the scenery.
Second, the difficulty. Sonic Colors isn’t that hard of a game, but it’s hard. Mostly around the ending levels you will lose a lot of lives. but the lives are really generous and most of the time you will lose lives because you’re having to much fun. You’ll know what I mean.
Third, everything about this game is perfect and imperfect. Either something is really good, or really bad, nothing in between. Most of the problems are small and don’t degenerate the game in any way. Stuff like losing all rings after one hit and sometimes the camera zooms really far out.
Now, time for the score, AND I WANT EVERYONE TO PAY ATTENTION.
Sonic Colors is an average Sonic game. You play as Sonic and stop Eggman, the score…
10 OUT OF FREAKIN 10!!!!!!!!
GET THIS GAME!!!
IF YOU HAVE A WII, GET ONE THEN GET THIS GAME!!!!!!!!!!
This is an amazing game, and you better buy it. BUY IT!!!
What are you doing staying on the computer? Go out and BUY THIS GAME!!!!!!!!
It’s better than any other game out there.

Oh goodness guys! That looked so fun! I wish I had gone! but unfortunately, I don;t live in that area and school. Although, I’m glad I pre-ordered Sonic colors. I love the hat XD And! he game is a really good one. You know a Sonic game is amazing when you get so many game overs. Yes, it’s true. For a while, i thought the games were so easy… Now, this one gave it’s revenge and screamed those two words at me non-stop. also, wonderful job, to the new VA’s! I had no problem transitioning to the new voices.
I love you guys down at SEGA! Whoot! I’m always gonna be the Sonic kid. Which… Scares people at my school because I wear a lot of Sonic gear. >.> YAY ME. lol.
But no, seriously guys, amazing job. I still haven’t beaten the game yet, as I still have to do Planet Wisp and one Zone is still locked, but I’ve been overly impressed so far. The only problem is that I don’t know if it’s my Wii doing this or not, but when I got to Asteroid Coaster, the music would either start early, or stop in between the level, then start back up. And the loading screens took forever to load the level. Ever since then, it’s been doing that with all the levels. Cutscenes play fine, but the levels are now weird. ._. Still an amazing game though. I give it a 9/10.

Luckies i live Oklahoma why doesnt sega like the midwest(Ya here that sega host something sonic in the west maybe OKC or Tulsa not Dallas thats too far south. I mean seriously you go to new york and everywhere else but why the crap not have in the midwest). Oh and uhh that cool and all but thats ummmm whats the word oh yeah CRAZY!! Oh and uhh random question how many of you use the nunchuk?

I can’t wait for a version of Sonic Colors on mobile (since I come from a ‘developing country’ where the market for consoles and console games is small), keeping my fingers crossed for good quality after seeing the DS gameplay footages on YouTube.

Lucky. I live in Oklahoma and I dont like it. By the way if your car has crappy suspension and you are having to drive through Tulsa. You probably wanna get new suspension. Why because the roads are a piece of crap. Althouhg they did finally get done with highway 75. It took them like two years.
