Wow, line up looks good, esspecialy since it said that there are still some other titles you haven’t announced. But I do have to ask SEGA, why hasn’t there been any news on Skies of Arcadia 2? I remember seeing an article a few years ago that said that you had started working on it, but I’ve heard nothing since. How come? Was it canceled or is the production just taking a long time to ensure its good enough to be the sequel to its predecessor.

No Valkyria Chronicles III is a horrible, horrible exclusion. If it doesn’t come over here, that proves ineptitude on the part of Sega when it comes to the U.S. for clearly thinking poor sales of VCII were for lack of interest in VC on PSP and NOT for VCII straying so horribly from what made the PS3 game so loved.
I’ve been wanting playable Captain Varrot since VC1. I didn’t get or play VCII due to it straying too far from what made VC1 so great. VCIII gets back on track toward what I want in a Valkyria Chronicles game. Release the one I want stateside, damnit.

Henry – the blog did originally say PSN/Steam for Guardian Heroes, but that was a typo that has now been corrected. That game is XBLA exclusive.
Bob* – Although it was not included in the blog, we will also have Mario & Sonic at the L ondon 2012 Olympic Games at our booth.

I really hope SEGA surprises us at E3 with a Valkyria Chronicles III announcement. It’s a terrific IP that I really want to see prosper worldwide. I’ll import it if you guys can’t localize it, but understanding the game would be a tremendous boon.
What must we do? Who do we have to kill?
Also, sharing in the Skies of Arcadia love.

People need to realize that SEGA can’t make every game for every series all at once. And Sonic Generations is probably not on Wii because it’s being done in HD. The 3DS actually has a better graphics engine than Wii. The Wii is kind of going out and the PS3 and XBox360 are still alive. The Wii will be outshined on Tuesday by it’s successor. Maybe you should invest in a PS3 or XBox360 if you wanna partake in the epicness of SEGA’s games. PS3 and XBox360 deliver far better experiences in the games SEGA makes than the Wii can handle for the most part.

I’m disappointed that there’s still no mention of Valkyria Chronicles III. Binary Domain has potential but only if they fix the terrible dialog and voice acting that we got to hear in the first trailer. I’m also hoping to see some improvements to Guardian Heroes’ HD mode. Sonic Generations seems like a mixed bag, I’m not interested in the 3D levels at all but the classic levels look like they might actually fix the problems with Sonic 4. I’m not entirely sure what to expect from Anarchy Reigns and Renegade Ops, but they look look interesting enough. I don’t really care about the rest of the titles.

@ryan the fox: The PSP is getting phased in favor of the NGP/Vita and even if they do develop a new Sonic title for it, it will most likely be an original one instead of a Rivals sequel.

For the love of God people shut up about Valkyria 2! it was NOT the bastard child of the series, it was just a good a game as the original was. It did not piss on the first game and try and ruin your memories, it was Valkyria 2 not Valkyria 1.5. It was the very first game on the PSP so of course some things where a little weaker but it was still a fine entry in the series.
Also just because it’s not being announced at E3 does NOT mean Sega is abandoning the series. How about everyone wait patiently instead of demanding and insulting SEGA? I know I wouldn’t want to give anything to a fanbase that just insults me and says terrible things about me.

sega , I don’t want to sound like all of these people demanding games , take your time with any games
, but in the future you should release every game on every system , it will take longer but you won’t have to put up with frusterated fans that don’t get a game that they have been waiting for . I own a ps3 and would have liked sonic colors and blck knight for the move , but also secret rings . just an example . but you could make some SERIOUS cash if you did this . Eighther way I am looking forward to your next set of ps3 , psp and psVita games , thanks for all you do .
