Kingdom Conquest: Still ConqueringIf you aren’t familiar with Kingdom Conquest, SEGA’s free-to-play iOS game, here’s what you’re missing: A deep strategy & action RPG where you build an empire, forge alliances, make allies — or betray them — and amass an army and become ruler of the Land of Monsters! With more than 2 million players worldwide, Kingdom Conquest is set to conquer even more territories, releasing in an additional seven countries: Brazil, Mexico, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Macao, Vietnam, and Russia! The action portion of the game features real-time party or solo combat through dungeons, where you will acquire loot to build your city and your empire. From there the RTS portion of the game features army-building, managing military facilities and fortifying your cities. A tutorial guides you smoothly through the game’s various modes, taking you from neophyte adventurer to cunning warlord, banding together with the strongest companions you can to help fend off other players and conquer the vast wealth of the game’s epic Towers. These “Debris Towers” are at the heart of the game; they are what each alliance strives to control: Whoever controls the towers, controls the Kingdom! Played this when it first came out, it was fun! Especially for a free title. Good to see you’re still talking about it, because it is worth checking out!

Agreed, Barry, and thanks for the comment! This is a deep strategy game and I do recommend the tutorial for anyone thinking of jumping in, it can help clarify a lot. IMO it’s pretty great to have an experience like this on iOS. While it’s a significant strategy game the concepts themselves — city building, RTS, resource management, dungeon crawling — are all pretty simple and most gamers should be able to pick them up without too much of a fit. Just my two cents.

I would love to see this one remade with a higher budget and better graphics/more too it. It’s clearly proven itself now give it a great sequal!

I absolutely love this game. I’ve been playing it since the very first day I got my IOS device. What really ruins it for me though is that the world I live in is almost completely deserted. No one plays there anymore. That stinks, but besides the I absolutely love it, and I’ve recommended it before a lot.

I want to download this game but all the reports on the iTunes reviews of hacking makes me not want to do so. Can Sega confirm this is not a problem?
Would probably put a lot of people’s minds at rest.
Thanks
