It’s less important to release Daytona USA on the PC, as there’s the Sega Model 2 Emulator which will run the arcade version, along with the PC ports of Daytona USA and Daytona USA Deluxe.
However I’d like to get Rally Online on PC, as there are the arcade Sega Rally 3 tracks in that, which aren’t in Sega Rally (Revo)

Thanks, but don’t want this. Original arcade Sega Rally is still the best!
