Play Sonic the Hedgehog 4 Episode II with SEGA
Sonic the Hedgehog 4 Episode II has been out for about a week now (depending on your platform of choice), and judging by the flurry of activity in our forums and elsewhere online, many of you have been playing it a lot! Well, now’s your chance to play some co-op with us! We’ll be holding a “Play with SEGA” event for Sonic the Hedgehog 4 Episode II this coming Friday, May 25th. Here are all the details you need to know:
Below are the gamertags that we will be using for the event. Please note that these are special gamertags set up for this event. Although the people listed below are scheduled to play, things may change based on workload (people have jobs to do!), schedules, or technical issues. SEGA Ken – Ken Balough, Sonic 4 Brand Manager SEGA Eric – Eric Ruud, Associate Online Manager SEGA Craig – Craig Harris, Affiliate Marketing Manager SEGA Alben – Alben Pedroso, Sonic 4 Episode II Producer SEGA Ethan – Ethan Einhorn, Director of Developer Relations/Creative Director SEGA SamM – Sam Mullen, Localization Producer SEGA Julian – Julian Mehlfeld, Community Manager SEGA Aaron – Aaron Webber, Associate Brand Manager Other accounts you may see online are SEGA Frank and SEGA Kellie, but there is nobody scheduled to play with these gamertags at this time. (Again, that may change!)

I wish the Co-op mode for iOS wasn’t based on local devices. If there is a hub for leaderboards, why not one for random Co-op play?

Hey! Just wondering, if you guys read the comics, if you could possibly make a dlc where one can play as Tails, as the lead and Sonic as backup, in single player. I absolutley love the game! I just feel like that’s one of the few things missing! Thanks a lot!

How will this be set up though?

While I do not own a Xbox360 I must hand it to SEGA, this is a brilliant tactic and I hope everyone has fun on Friday… =) I’ve played a few online matches and they were fun, quite laggy but still manageable. HAVE FUN TO YOU ALL (SEGA participants and players)

HEY TO MAKE SONIC 4 ESPIODE 1 AND 2 BETTER YOU GUYS SHOLD PUT BOTH GAMES ON A DISC FOR XBOX WII AND PS3 SO COLLECTORS CAN ADD THEM TO THERE COLLECTION.

Is there really not going to be an Episode III!? Well then will there be a 5? I want to see Knuckles. And how old are they in here? Sonic 1, 2, 3&K, and CD was 16. EP I was 15. What about now?

Darn, looks like mostly employees playing don’t have jobs that would require them to code/play the game as part of their daily job. This is a great idea though. Maybe this will become a memorial day weekend tradition.
