Hi!

I am Dan, a Community Manager here at SEGA. I’m also known as LordDullahan on the SEGA forums. (And as you may have guessed, one of my favorite Kingdom Conquest monster cards is Dullahan.)

If you aren’t familiar with the role of a Community Manager let me briefly indulge you. In a nutshell, I am your eyes and ears into all of the exciting things being developed at SEGA. Consider me your direct line to our extremely talented programmers, designers, artists, marketing gurus, and head honchos that make our titles possible. On the flip side, I provide you with all of the details surrounding in-game events, patch notes, killer promotions, store sales, and more.

I will do my best to relay all feedback, positive and negative, to the proper teams here in order to make your experience a memorable one in both the game and web portions of SEGA. I will also do my best to conjure up incredible events and promos that you would be insane to miss.

The consistent and most important factor in my role is – you. If you ever have a suggestion, question, concern, issue, or simply want to tell us how well we are doing, please by all means, send me a message or create a thread on the forums! I frequent the forums so getting back to you will never be an issue.
