Hi everyone. It’s been a while since I’ve been on the blogs but I’m back. There’s been a lot going on in the last week, so much so that I thought a blog to the masses would be the best way of rounding it up. The news section of sega.co.uk has seen a very busy last couple of days, and there’s plenty more where that came from as we prepare for the release of Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood and Samba de Amigo in Europe and Australia! In other news, Yakuza 2 has been released in Europe today. You might think it’s been a long time coming, but Playstation 2 gamers can finally get their hands on the sequel to Yakuza in this action packed RPG. It also scored a healthy 8/10 on Eurogamer today, with the website concluding, ‘go out there, buy it, and convince SEGA it’s also worth releasing Yakuza 3 in the West…’ We’ll have to wait what the full reception is to this one I think, but anything’s possible in game world!

One final point to all those who use the world’s largest social networking site - yep, SEGA is now firmly on Facebook. With 16,000 fans encounting, we’re happy to be getting a lot of love from all over the world. Then there’s Sonic, just being greedy with his 52,000 strong Facebook fan base!
