Hi guys. Hope you’re having a good weekend, though if yours is anything like mine you’re currently wrapped up indoors as a storm rages outside my bedroom window.

Anyway I never did finish off the Summer of Sonic review blogs did I? Whoops. Luckily my good friend Mr. Bentley Jones has posted footage which gets me off the hook in that it tells you exactly what went on from the point of view of one of the actual guests and features music etc.

Not only that but BJ also confirmed he’s going to be launching a new album in Japan in the not to distant future. Plus he has a chocolatey-Dutch rabbit and Dutch rabbits rock.  See below:

As I’ve not posted this yet either (I think) on here, people who went to Summer of Sonic will know Dreadknux and Roareye Black had to do their forfeit from last years Sonic kareoke contest which is held on Radio Redux which is known as The Wrecks Factor…  which traditionally is to perform “the worst gaming song I can think of” which is The DK Rap. Well luckily SEGA Nerds Graham (hi Graham) recorded the whole thing.  Includes us singing happy birthday to Rory.

 

BTW: The Sonic Stadium confirmed as part of its 8th birthday celebrations that there WILL be a Summer of Sonic 2009.  We’ll keep you up to date.

And finally, I’m still waiting for the source file to that Crush 40 Hallowe’en surprise but as regular Blognik reader ibbod0 noted Senoue-san added the video to the Crush 40 YouTube channel anyway so the below is THAT video of them performing Knight of the Wind.

Right well I’ve just finished recording some audio for a little treat being cooked up by the SOE and SOA community teams regarding Sonic Unleashed so I’m now off… Have a good Sunday!
