As you know I’ve been bringing you various pictures of the merchandise available for Mario & Sonic At The Olympic Winter Games, we’ve had lanyards, stickers, keychains, badges, notepads, styluses – the works. However there is one little item I’ve neglected to mention so far which we’re giving you a chance to win in the UK version of the Mario & Sonic Sweepstakes.

So tell me – how would you like to win a MARIO & SONIC SNOWBOARD?

Both the US and UK are running sweepstakes at the moment (I know I get quite a few American visitors here) and on the US version you’ll be in with a chance winning the grand prize of a Panasonic HDTV with 10 runners up receiving vancouver 2010 “Coast” style messenger bags.

The UK version though (and its UK only – sorry folks) will allow you a chance to win one of a highly limited number of Mario & Sonic snowboards created especially for the launch of the game – and all you have to do is answer some trivia about the game and characters!

Its time for an M&S merch blowout!

First up its this rather trendy badge set – there were M&S branded magnet sets for M&S Beijing and I never got to get my hands on those but check out these really cool button badges. And you get eight – nothing to sneeze at!

Next its…. a bag.

Apparently these were given away at retail. Its the kind of thing collectors forget about.

Third we go for something slightly more unusual – its a keyring and four charms set – stick them on the keychain, on your mobile phone etc!

And fourthly this pair of M&S branded DS stylus pack.

Jun’s ‘Best Of’ CD may be shy on Sonic goodies but has some Senoue classics including a couple of lost gems, tracks covering Sons Of Angels, JxJ and solo work are all included as well as new tracks – including one new colab with Ted Poley. Its available from Japan from October 21st.

Crush 40 – Super Sonic Songs
Take Jun, add Johnny and enjoy. This recently dated collection of songs has yet to receive a track list but it will apparently be available in Japan from November 18th 2009.

True Colours – The Best Of Sonic The Hedgehog: Vol 2
Volume 2 is all about the songs relating to the characters of Sonic’s world… I’m assuming Dreams Of An Absolution won’t be on it then folks since it was on True Blue.  Anyway I noticed at the weekend that VGMdb are listing this as having a December 16th 2009 release date. More soon when its confirmed by Jun and Wavemaster

Sonic The Hedgehog Who’s Who – Volume 1
Created by Archie and scheduled to come out in March 2010 this first volume of a Sonic encyclopedia covers all the items from the Sonic Archie universe.
