The end of the Samurai era, the dawn of an empire. Fall of the Samurai is the standalone expansion to the award winning Total War: SHOGUN 2.
Exploring the conflict between the Imperial throne and the last Shogunate in 19th century Japan (400 years after the events of the original game), expect a dramatic clash of traditional Samurai culture with the explosive power of modern weaponry.
Guide ancient Japan into the modern age, as the arrival of America, Britain and France incites a ferocious civil war which will decide the future of the nation.

What can I say? EPIC! I love the face of the US Officer near the Samurai!
Just a small detail: I believe the events take place 300 years after the original game, not 400… 1545+400 would be World War II… unless it was a Freudian slip of what you prepare next! :p
