The Conduit- Multiplayer EventThis week, The Conduit had another multiplayer event to show off the online side of our upcoming Nintendo Wii title. The event was run out of our offices this time around and featured twelve stations and three different modes. Having had a chance to play through the single player in our last event, everyone was comfortable with the controls and ready to get in and start fragging. We were on hand to grab some shots of the carnage, with some nice detailed images of the menus, the players, and the action. Look for a massive amount of photos across our Flickr of the event! Head on over to flickr for even more shots. Big thanks to Ruby Eclipse and Kerri@Sega for grabbing these during the event! For the newest details, descriptions and impressions, check out the updates from the sites that were in attendance! G4TV really enjoyed the Bounty Hunter mode and the customization of multiplayer maps. Destructoid was in attendance and has a nice look at the days event and the controls. Also be sure to check their recent interview with Eric Nofsinger. Gamepro posted their impressions of the event with info on the modes and customization. Joystiq picked up on the control customizations and the badge system for online play rewards. IGN has some great impressions and five videos from the event showing off various weapons, maps, and modes. 441 Mania posted impressions on the featured modes and on setting up with friends in game. The Mercury News has a great write up with some interesting notes on the modes of play and the ease of use for friend options. It’s a great week for Conduit fans, June 23rd can’t come soon enough. Let us know what you are most looking forward to when you get your hands on the game!

I’m looking forward mostly to going online and owning all my friends! Killing aliens in single player sounds amazing too!

You guys are amazing. Big ups to HSV and Sega for picking this up. I’m a proud PSwii60 owner and even though I love my PS3 and 360 I’ve held on to my wii in hopes of something like the Conduit. I’m a big FPS fan and I’ve always believed in the wii-motes potential. Thank you to the people making this game for putting in hard work and real effort.
